We only collect personal information if you join as a National Safer Supply Community of Practice member or if you register for one of our events. In that case, we only collect the information we need to provide our services and report to our funder.

Any personal information you give us is protected under applicable privacy law. We will let you know, at the point of collection, that we are collecting your personal information, what we will use it for, and that you have the right to access the information.  

While registration is not required to use this website, it is required to access the members-only area and its tools and discussion forums.

Discussion forums

If you post comments in the member discussion forums on this website, any personally identifiable information you provide in those comments or articles could be read, collated, and used by anyone viewing them. We are not responsible for personal information you disclose on the member discussion forum.

Social media

We have accounts on various social media services. Social media accounts are public. If you interact with us on social media, your comments may be read by anyone. Please read the privacy policies of any social media providers you use.

We use industry standard website analytics to look at usage and trends on our website.
